For example, Centrum of Leisure Time (CVC) is opened not only for young people, but also for children and it offers various activities like sport, tourism, fishing, language courses…
Town of Stara Lubovna owns the House of Culture, where young people can meet regularly in clubs without any fee for a rent.

- during the summer young people can present their abilities by making public performance each Thursday
